Question: What is to stop a stallion owner blood-testing all visiting mares [unknown to the owners of the mares] and sending the same blood-samples labelled with a pseudonym identification to a Laboratory for analysis? Answer: Well the answer has to be NOTHING is stopping the stallion owners doing it. [b]Now we have a situation where the Stallion owner could have information on a mare (for future reference) that he doesn't own. Another question: Do you think this is right?
