Bit of a mixed day today and some eyebrow raising low prices.....
Turnover was down 4% - but it was worse are there were 7 more lots sold today than last year.
Median was down 17% - from 30k last year to 25k today.
Average was down 8% to 29,906k today when it was 32,357k last year.
