| I came across a mare the other day born in 1958 - she was in-bred 2 x 2 to TOURBILLON. Quite a shock! Yet she has been successful enough to appear bottom line in a pedigree. I have no idea if she raced. She may well have been bred by mistake - I have no idea about that. How close is acceptable these days?
