It seems it's been given the go ahead over there. To me it is truly ridiculous nonsense. Of all the things that need addressing in this sport we could do without a horse getting cut in half as it hurtles through a Marks and Spenser plate glass window. If anyone else other than the over privileged grandson of the Queen had put that forward they would have put in one of those white coats that tie your arms behind your back...and rightfully so. Bonkers.
