Every weekend (actually probably everyday) starts are being held up by horses refusing or being difficult to load. Starters are too lenient and its about time they stepped up. Its a huge disadvantage for those that were loaded early and have to wait for the badly behaved to be loaded. Its handing an advantage for bad behaviour and it must stop. If they don't load in order they should be taken out simple as that no exceptions. Its the only way that trainers will assume their responsibility to train the horses to load properly. You would never get the number of chances they get here in the USA where starting is a major part of the race. They are schooled over and over week in week out right through their racing career.
