| I just heard on the tv that Irish trained horses cannot run in R.Ascot handicaps this year. I didn't know that. What is the story and anyone know when it came in?

I hadn't heard it either and I don't know why but you could argue that with so little racing prior to Ascot it would have been difficult (impossible) to adjust the form into a meaningful handicap. It just makes sense. Reply
