Goffs London Sale today and of the 25 lots catalogued there are 15 colts, 4 geldings, 5 fillies and 1 withdrawn. Six lots are 2-y-o's. And one lot is a 50th share in the sire PHOENIX OF SPAIN.

I read that FRANKEL covered approx 48 Gr 1 winning mares this year. And 4 of those mares are already the dams of Gr 1 winners. He also covered another 28 other mares that are themselves the dams of ...

Not a good day for the Book 2 offerings yesterday. Only 184 sold from 236 offered. Turnover €4,424k. Average €24,044. Median €20,000.

Four Black Type races today at Meydan. Three won by owner Godolphin and the fourth owned by Hamdan Maktoum.
