The three new sires for 2025 at Coolmore - AUGUSTE RODIN, CITY OF TROY and HENRY LONGFELLOW are ALL out of mares by GALILEO. Is this good for the breeding future? |

The popular sires are getting very expensive. For example, I see that the fee for SEA THE STARS is going up from 200k to 250k...yet his yearling average this year was 363k. That to me would highlight ... |

First ten gone through the ring and it doesnt look good. A LOPE DE VEGA 2yo filly ex a Gr 3 winner (nom fee €125k) fetched €11k. Then a SEA THE STARS 2yo filly (nom fee €180k) fetched €26k. |
