The three new sires for 2025 at Coolmore - AUGUSTE RODIN, CITY OF TROY and HENRY LONGFELLOW are ALL out of mares by GALILEO. Is this good for the breeding future?

How good is Lake Victoria ? She is unbeaten in two starts and winning the Sweet Solera Gr 3 at Newmarket yesterday must have her high up on the 2024 list. By Frankel ex dam by Showcasing.

First ten gone through the ring and it doesnt look good. A LOPE DE VEGA 2yo filly ex a Gr 3 winner (nom fee €125k) fetched €11k. Then a SEA THE STARS 2yo filly (nom fee €180k) fetched €26k.
