| The H.R.I. have followed the UK Jockey Club by bringing in a new regulation where Weatherbys Ireland must be notified of the birth of any Thoroughbred or Non-Thoroughbred foal born before it is 30 days old. There will be no additional fee - so they say - and I dont know what happens if a breeder fails to notify Weatherbys Ireland in those 30 days!
