It is still going on as I type and for me this is the worst sale of yearlings I can ever remember. The minimum bid is €1k and so, so many have failed to get even that one bid. The the number sold for €1k is shockingly high. To think they turned down more than they accepted for this three day sale is shuddering. The losses for the small breeder are devastating.
