| ATHENA was a great 3 length winner of the Belmont Oaks tonight. Another great win for her first-season sire CAMELOT.

She ran two weeks ago at Royal Ascot (fourth in Ribblesdale). She ran third in the Curragh Gr 1 Pretty Polly SIX days ago, now she wins in USA. Amazing. Reply

It was a really great performance and a brave call to run her there but what does it say about the US Grade 1 form in the 3yo filly department at least. Reply

CAMELOT has now sired SIX individual Group winners from his first crop - this included the TWO Group 1 winners LATROBE and ATHENA. To add, he has from his second crop ARTHUR KITT, Royal Ascot L.R winner. Reply
