Leading UAE trainer Salem Bin Ghadayer (who trains for Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, the son of Dubai's ruler Sheikh Mohammed Al Maktoum) has been found guilty of administering ketamine to a horse in his care. He has been banned from training for ONE year but this has been suspended pending an appeal. The horse involved HIGH ON LIFE was found to have been administered Katamine before he won a conditions Stakes race at Jebel Ali in January. The trainer pleaded guilty. Reply
