Racing NSW Stewards have confirmed that Premier trainer, Chris Waller-trained Betcha Thinking has tested positive to methylamphetamine, otherwise known as Ice. Two independent Laboratories, namely the Australian Racing Forensic Laboratory and Racing Analytical Services Limited, conducted tests on a B sample of post-race urine taken from Betcha Thinking after it ran second in the TAB Plate (1550m) at Canterbury Park on 5 October, 2016. An inquiry into the findings has been scheduled for 10am on Friday, 9 December at the offices of Racing NSW in Sydney.
