After a 17 month lay off due to injury Atlantic Jewel (Fastnet Rock ex Regard(Zabeel )demolished the field in the Gp 1 Memsie Stakes yesterday at Caulfield. Undefeated now after 8 races,she would seem like manna from heaven to Racing Victoria as the way she disposed of her opposition was in a similar vein to Black Caviar. She is being set for the Cox Plate.
